 | Our Website | A couple of months ago we introduced our new website highlighting most of our billiard table brands. We still have a couple more to add so keep an eye out for those. As you can see we handle quite a variety. Tops on the list is Brunswick. Unfortunately, last year AMF ceased their billiard operations, but we still have about 20 tables remaining.  Most of these tables are made in America and they are very solid tables. Ask Shauntae for our latest deals on these.
We are soliciting your input on just about anything. Our new Comment Card is there for your comments on anything. Questions about the billiard business, comments on our customer service, suggestions that will improve our site, new products to carry in our showroom or improvements to our overall operation--we welcome them all. | New Products |  The newest arrival to Long's is the Lucky and Star line of cues. Since Long's is a Diamond Dealer for McDermott we have brought these two brands in, and we carry most of the two lines. As a Diamond Dealer we get special discounts, so come in and we will pass the savings on to you. A few of the Star cues are over $100.00, but most of these cues sell for under $100.00. In this price range, these are very nice cues. Don't forget about the extra discounts on the McDermott cue-of-the-month cues too. We still have about 20 left. Also, McDermott is coming out with a Limited Edition Cue.  If you want to get in on the special, just contact Shauntae. Last year we received two of the Cue of the Year cues. They sold within a month at about $1,500.00 each. These cues are collectables, so the interest can be quite heavy. |
| Long's History |  Did you know that Long's is coming up on their 50th year Anniversary? Yes, we are just a few months away from our Golden years. Many of you have met my father "Tony," or some real old timers called him "A.C.", but here at the ranch we call him Mr. Billiards. All those tireless years of training, educating and perfecting the game has earned him a place in billiards history. Did you know that Long's Billiards is the owner of the trademark "MR BILLIARDS"? Yes we are, and so we honor him as the originator with that title. Many products, processes and techniques have been associated with his research. You won't really see much of his work on the retail side, but most it will show up in the installation and service of billiard tables and cues. Please stop by and reminisce about the good ole days...Mr. Billiards gets a kick from the memories. Over the past three years of my involvement since my dad went into semi-retirement, it has been quite a tumultuous ride. It is not without the diligent effort and hard work from our employees that has made this eNewletter possible. I personally want to thank them and you, the customer, for your continued patronage of Long's Billiards. As a local company we surely appreciate your business.
